Healthwatch Hackney Report 2024

In September 2024, Healthwatch Hackney visited The Riverside Practice in September 2024 to evaluate patient experience, focusing on accessibility, support for vulnerable individuals, the quality of care provided and the relationship between staff and patients. They interviewed 11 patients and 2 staff members.

The report said: "The Riverside Practice offers a clean, calm, and welcoming environment, with patients describing it as well-maintained and pleasant. Most patients expressed satisfaction with their experience and would recommend the practice to others. "
