Meet our Community Engagement Coordinator for a warm drink, friendly conversation, and support with:

• Accessing external services
• Low-cost trips in and outside London
• Tech help with the NHS App
• Building connections and community

Autumn Day Trip: Leigh-On-Sea

Saturday 1st November 2025

A low-cost, accessible trip including:

• Visit to RSPB Winter Bird Sanctuary
• Historical walk
• Relaxing time at the beach
